A class action lawsuit was brought against Anheuser-Busch over misleading customers by claiming it was a German import, when it was being brewed in St. Louis.

Since Beck had been brewed in Germany for 100 years, but in 2002, Anheuser-Busch bought the company and opened brewing operations in St Louis (2012), is it an import or domestic beer?

“Beck’s drinkers who noticed there was almost no visible “made in the U.S.A.” language on the beer’s packaging even though it has been brewed in St. Louis, Missouri, since 2012.”

Here is the settlement: If you bought a Beck in the past few years and kept the receipts, you could get a partial refund of 50 cents per every six-pack, up to $50.
